Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She moved to California when she was five. Her family lived mainly within Orange County. She earned her degree in the University of California, San Diego in 2015 which is the same year she got her big break in acting. Pernas started her acting career through small parts on NCIS as well as Leverage. The Young and the Restless provided Pernas the part of Marisa. Following her departure from the soap opera Jane the Virgin in 2016 The actress was appointed as Catalina, a character who appeared on the show regularly. The model, proficient in four different languages, has since appeared on The Brave and The Green Ghost as Hannah Rivera. She also appeared Secret Society of Second Born Royals. The role she played as Lexi Vaziri was on Blood & Treasure between 2019 and 2020. Us Weekly announced in May 20th that Pernas had a relationship with Justin Hartley who was her costar for The Young and the Restless. The relationship began after the This Is Us star split with her wife Chrishell Stause November of 2019. Pernas Hartley and Pernas Hartley were secretly married in May of 2021.
