Mena Alexandra Suvari (born February 13 1979) is an American actress, fashion designer and model. Soon after her first job as a model she soon moved into acting, after starring in guest roles on 1990's programs on television like Boy Meets World and High Incident. The actress made her debut in film in the 1997 documentary Nowhere. She made the transition to leading roles after her performances as a character in American Beauty for which she was nominated for the BAFTA Award and American Pie and American Pie, both of which gained more attention. She has appeared with co-stars in American Pie Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) in addition to playing the role of lead in Sugar & Spice (2001). Spun, a 2002 independent drama, and Trauma (2004) thriller were both prominent in her work. Also, she appeared on HBO's drama Six Feet Under in 2004 she was recognized as an Best Cast of the 2005 Screen Actors Guild Awards. The show also included Days of the Dead, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, and the film version of The Garden of Eden. Suvari is featured in a variety of blog and fashion publications and blogs, such as Vogue. Suvari is the official Lancome model and appears on advertising in the print edition of Lancome Paris Adaptive. She has long been a supporter and a defender of the highly regarded African relief organization the African Medical and Research Foundation. It is also involved with charitable causes fighting breast cancer and End Violence Against Women. Missy Peregrym..........................Missy Peregrym is a model turned actress from Canada. Her most well-known work is her role in television shows like Dark Angel Heroes The Chris Isaak Show Black Sash Reaper as well as the most viewed of her peers Rookie Blue.
